Pre-launch draft
This document is a working draft written to describe how Skyalia is actually built. It has not yet been reviewed by a solicitor and is not legally binding wording. It must be replaced with counsel-approved text before the platform takes a real booking.

Terms of service
1. Who you are contracting with
Skyalia is a trading brand of Mando Systems Ltd (Company No. 17168657), registered at 10 Pilgrims Walk, Worthing, England, BN13 1RJ.
2. Our role
For most products we act as an agent, arranging a contract between you and the supplier — the airline, hotel, ferry operator, rail carrier, transfer company, car hire desk or activity provider. Their conditions of carriage or booking terms govern the service you receive; ours govern the arrangement of it.
3. Journeys are not packages
Where you book more than one element together, each element remains a separate contract with a separate supplier, separately priced. Depending on what you combine, this may constitute a Linked Travel Arrangement under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Where it does, you will be shown the prescribed disclosure before you pay, and it will be repeated on your confirmation.
4. Prices
- Prices are shown as totals, including taxes, fees and our margin.
- Anything payable locally to a supplier is disclosed before payment.
- Prices are held only for the period stated on screen; supplier availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is taken by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. A booking is confirmed only once payment has succeeded and every supplier has returned a confirmation. If a supplier fails after payment, we refund the affected element automatically.
6. Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation rights are set by each supplier and are shown per item before you pay. Where we can act for you we will; where a fare or rate is non-refundable, we cannot make it refundable.
7. Flights and financial protection
See ATOL & protection for how flight-inclusive bookings are structured and protected.
8. Liability
As agent, we are responsible for arranging your booking with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of a supplier in performing the travel service itself. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Complaints
Write to support@skyalia.com. Tell us the booking reference and what went wrong.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
